My booking BK-28471 was cancelled 5 days ago but I haven't received the refund yet. Please help urgently.

- Go to Booking History in your dashboard
- Find your booking and click View Details
- Click the Cancel Booking button
- Select cancellation reason and confirm
Refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel.
Our refund policy is based on cancellation timing:
Before 48 hours: Full refund minus $25 processing fee
24-48 hours: 75% refund
Under 24 hours: Non-refundable
Baggage allowance varies by class:
